This article answers common questions about booking time slots for celebrities at Comic Con or For the Love of events, including what to do if you have not received your time slot link and where to find the correct booking page.
How do I book a photo opportunity time slot?
Not all guests require timeslot bookings. This is only required for guests in very high demand to reduce customer queue times. If a timeslot is required, you will receive an email from Ticket Quarter approx. 1 week before the event. Most guests do not require pre-booked timeslots. If a timeslot is not required you can attend your photograph opportunity during any of their scheduled sessions. Autographs that do not require timeslots can be completed at the autograph table throughout the event. For full schedules, please download the Monopoly Events app or visit their website and social media channels closer to the event.
I have not received my time slot link. What should I do?
If you have not received your time slot link, first check your email inbox and spam or junk folders. Make sure you are checking the email address used when you placed your order.
If the link is still missing, contact support with your order details and the name of the celebrity photo opportunity you booked. Support can confirm whether the link has been issued and advise on the next steps. Once a time slot is full, this capacity cannot be increased and another time must be selected. Please queue no more than 10 minutes before your timeslot.
