The very popular headline guests may have pre booked timeslots that customers will need to pre-book before the event.
Time slot links are issued via email to all customers holding tickets for these guests. This will allow you to select which time you will be attending your autograph or photograph session.
Each customer only needs to book 1 timeslot for a photograph or for their autograph signing. For example, if a customer has 2x autograph tickets and 1x photograph ticket, they only need to book 1x autograph timeslot and 1x photograph timeslot.
The guests who have these pre booked timeslots will have all their customers emailed to book the timeslots, while the remaining guests’ customers just need to check their schedules that are published in the week leading up to the event.
If on the day a customer has not booked a time slot, the Monopoly Events staff will give them a time to return for their session. Normally this is later in the day.
