When will I receive my deposit scheme tickets?

Introduction

If you have purchased tickets through a payment scheme and have not yet received them, this article explains what to expect and what to check while your order is being processed.

When will I receive my VIP tickets?

VIP tickets are usually sent once your payment plan has been completed and your booking has been fully processed. In some cases, tickets may be issued closer to the event date. If your tickets have not arrived yet, this does not always mean there is a problem. Tickets are typically issued via email up to 7 days before the event.

What to check first

  • Check your email inbox, spam, and junk folders for your ticket confirmation or delivery email.
  • Make sure your payment scheme is fully up to date and all scheduled payments have been completed.
  • Confirm that the email address on your booking is correct.
  • Review any event-specific ticket delivery information provided at the time of purchase.

If you still have not received your tickets

If your payment plan is complete and you still have not received your tickets (7 days before the event), contact support with your booking details so the team can check the status of your order.

Include the following details

  • Full name on the booking
  • Order or booking reference
  • Email address used for the purchase
  • Event name and date

Summary

Tickets are typically issued after the payment scheme is completed or nearer to the event date. If you have checked your email and booking details and still cannot find your tickets, 7 days before the event, contact support for an update.
