How to request a username reminder
- Select 'MY ACCOUNT' located at the top, right hand corner of the website.
- Select 'FORGOT USERNAME?'
- This will open up an email template which will be sent to the customer service team.
- If you have multiple accounts, please specify which account you are looking to access by letting us know what tickets you have recently purchased.
- If specific details are not provided and there are multiple accounts, we will locate the most recently used account and provide a reminder of this username.
- This is a manual process and so responses will be issued Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm via email.
