To request a Personal Assistant or Accessible Fast Track, please contact Ticket Quarter at Monopolyaccessibility@ticketquarter.co.uk clearly listing which tickets are required. For a smooth experience please include the following:
- Order Number
- Nimbus Access Card Details
- Ticket(s) required (Subject to availability). If this is for a guest please clearly state which guest.

Event Policy – All Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult to enter the event as part of our welfare and safeguarding provisions. As such Personal Assistant tickets are only issued for customers over the age of 16.
