I you are unable to attend an event, we would advise passing your ticket along to a friend or family member. This can be done by giving them your PDF e-ticket or physical ticket. Before doing so, please check terms and conditions.
Whilst this will be okay in most cases, some events may have a name on ticket policy. This would be clearly advertised if this is the case.
