CAN I ADD A PERSONAL ASSISTANT TICKET TO AN EXISTING ORDER?

  • Personal assistant tickets can be applied to the orders of eligible customers over the phone at 0344 335 0437 or via email accessibility@lexliverpool.com.
  • We will require the full name of the access card holder and the nimbus access card number and your order number.
  • We will use this information to verify eligibility.
  • Please note, the number of tickets available may vary between each event provider. For seated events, we cannot guarantee the seat next to you will be available unless we are notified before the order has been placed.
