Our goal is to ensure our customers' accessibility needs are met when booking through Ticket Quarter. We aim to ensure every customer can enjoy performances at our venues irrespective of health conditions or disability. Our compassionate Customer Service team will be able to assign you the perfect seat to meet your access requirements subject to availability.
How Do I Book Tickets?
M&S Bank Arena and Auditorium bookings
Please call our Access Line on 0344 335 0437. We will assist you in selecting the best seats to meet your needs, to get the most out of the event. If you are a current access card holder, we can apply your personal assistant ticket via phone at the time of booking. If you do not currently hold a card, we can hold your tickets while your application is being processed.
Other Ticket Quarter Events
Please follow the below process:- Purchase tickets via our website or phone line (Excluding any personal assistant tickets)
- Email the following information to customerservice@ticketquarter.co.uk and we will add on any Personal Assistant or Fast Track tickets for you (If applicable). When emailing please include the following information.
- Name of event:
- Order Number:
- Name on Access Card:
- Access Card Number:
Please note, all tickets are subject to availability. All Personal Assistant and Fast-Track requests must be made in advance of the event. If the event has reached capacity, we will be unable to fulfil your request. If the event sells out we are unable to issue any further tickets in line with Health and Safety requirements per venue.
Registering is free to Ticket Quarter customers. There is an optional charge of £15 for a physical card to use across all participating venues.
Ticket Quarter has partnered with Nimbus Disability ‘Access Card’ to ensure customers' needs are met at events. Nimbus is one of the country’s leading providers of disability-related advice and support to professional organisations and is recognised as a leading authority on accessible ticketing.
We require all access bookers to register with Nimbus to qualify for complementary Personal Assistant Tickets. Plus, for select events, such as Comic Con, this allows us to provide Fast-Track tickets. Registering for Nimbus will not automatically apply a personal assistant or fast track ticket to your booking. Details must be provided to Ticket Quarter ahead of the event.
